These terms apply to your use of BookEngine, operated by Attila Badi, trading as ABL Media Group (registered business name number 770439). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
What the service is
BookEngine is a space and appointment booking system that lets organisations and their users create and manage bookings.
Your account
- You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You must provide accurate details and use the service only for lawful, legitimate booking purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and working but provide it "as is" and without a guarantee of uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service, including any missed or incorrect booking. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction.
